I had the privilege of capturing this intimate city wedding for such a lovely couple with their families & it was wonderful. A total of 9 people including themselves, I loved the change of pace & observing the family. True emphasis was put on them being close together to celebrate this event. This Atlanta elopement was filled with joy, laughter & happy tears as Jenna, Alan & their closest family celebrated the union of marriage. I was connected to Alan through the Capital City Club in downtown Atlanta the week of their wedding, with it being an elopement type ceremony I captured their celebration with a documentary approach, photographing each moment as they unfolded. No big plans, no big preparation just genuine moments.

It was absolutely captivating to document the moments of getting ready as they prepared with their closest loved ones before the ceremony. It was real & I loved the embrace of the perfect imperfections. Tears of joy came from just about everyone & I truly loved watching the dynamic of a small intimate wedding unfold. Afterwards we took portraits with their family, then the couple by themselves in front of their venue at the Capital City Club in the heart of Atlanta. They then celebrated with a small dinner inside the club all together as a family. Simple but full of meaning.
