I’m so excited to talk about three of my favorite luxury wedding venues in Atlanta! From being located directly in the heart of Atlanta to a bit further out in the rural areas beyond the city these locations are beautiful, hospitable and guarantee to be a stunning backdrop for your wedding celebration.
Luxury Wedding Venues in Atlanta
1. The Swan House
The first and my favorite location is The Swan House located at the Atlanta History center. With staircases cascading in symmetry, architectural interest and an almost European feel it definitely leaves you in awe of it’s beauty. Along with the obvious choice of having the beautiful venue as the backdrop of your portraits, the surrounding gardens serve as wonderful photo opportunities giving you variety to create stunning wedding day images. The property is perfectly designed to support a large number of guest while they enjoy an al fresco cocktail and dinner experience. The grandiose pillars in the courtyard have such a commanding presence, creating a far away destination feel right here in the city. Truly a great choice out of all the luxury wedding venues in Atlanta!
2. The Waldorf Astoria in Atlanta
The Waldorf Astoria’s Atlanta location is stylish, sophisticated and certainly worth keeping in mind for the couples that want a bold city look and feel for their wedding day! Located in the Buckhead neighborhood which puts you within close reach of Atlanta’s cultural, dining and fashion scenes. Their in-house restaurant, Brassica is open throughout the day serving an elegant menu of French brasserie classics, also having an indoor pool, Waldorf Astoria Spa, and private English gardens which is perfect for a stunning ceremonies and cocktail areas. An unmatched experience with endless amenities for you and your guest!
3. Meadowlark 1939
Just south of Atlanta you’ll find a charming family owned historic estate, established in 1939, hence the name of the estate itself. With a boutique experience you’ll be able to tailor options to create the celebration you’ve ben dreaming of! The property is nothing short of natural beauty with English inspired gardens blended with simple southern charm. Theres no shortage of photo opportunities on the grounds from crawling ivy, magnolia trees, statues and statuettes, clear pools, and pathways for you and your guest to wander. If you’re searching for a venue that embodies naturalness while also providing an elevated atmosphere, Meadowlark 1939 is the perfect choice!
